Submit your Immunization RecordsIn order to create a safer, healthier student body, there are mandatory health and immunization requirements you are required to complete to be compliant with New York State Public Health Law 2165 and 2167 and CUNY policy. All new students must be fully vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Meningitis (proof/waiver).
MMR/Meningitis:
Submit your Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Meningitis (proof/waiver) documents to medicalrecords@baruch.cuny.edu. If you previously submitted this information to another CUNY college, you do not need to resubmit them.
For more information, you can visit Immunization Policy FAQ.
Submit TranscriptsTransfer Students:
All admitted transfer students are required to send official, final college transcripts for each higher education institution attended prior to Baruch College for courses outside of CUNY. This includes any credit received while in high school as well as any classes that were in progress at the time of admission. Final transcripts must be sent to Baruch as soon as possible after being admitted in order for your transfer credit evaluation to be completed.
In order to be official, transcripts must be sent directly from the institution attended to Baruch. Many schools do this through an online service such as the National Student Clearinghouse. You may need to contact the institutions you attended to have them send your official final transcripts to Baruch College.
Colleges should email a PDF of the transcript to new.transfer@baruch.cuny.edu.
